Surcharges apply per pet:
- $20 Public Holiday surcharge
- $15 Sunday surcharge
- $10 Saturday surcharge

Low Season Rate
Any dates that do not fall during Standard and Christmas periods.
Standard Rate
Accommodation during any school holiday, public holiday and long weekend period, including any days deemed in demand. A minimum six-day charge applies for the Easter Period.
Christmas Rate
One month between December and January covering Christmas and New Year's Day (date changes yearly subject to government school holidays). A minimum seven-day charge applies to all bookings in the Christmas and New Year Period.
Private Rate
Non-shared accommodation.
Aged Care Fee
Pets aged 11+ (admittance at resort discretion – in your pet's best interest).
