Yes! Our Pet Taxi service can collect your pet from home, your vet, or from designated Doggy Day Care zones. It’s a safe and easy way to get your pet to us if you’re short on time or travelling yourself.

Can I take a tour of the facility?

Absolutely! We’d love to welcome you for a tour so you can see our facilities, meet our team, and feel confident about where your pet will be staying. Tours are available by appointment between 11 am and 1 pm (excluding school holidays and peak times). You can easily book a tour online here .
